NEW YORK, NY (April 8, 2015) – The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended San Jose Earthquakes forward Innocent Emeghara one game and fined the player an undisclosed amount for serious foul play that endangered the safety of an opponent in the 41st minute of the game against Real Salt Lake on April 5.
The San Jose Earthquakes have also been found in violation of the League’s mass confrontation policy in the 41st minute of the same game.
