Shut ‘Em Down
The Earthquakes are looking to go undefeated against Vancouver Whitecaps FC for the first time since the 2011 season (0-0-2) and just the second time in the rivalry’s six-year history.

Play for Pride

Earning three points on Sunday would ensure San Jose finishes above Vancouver in the Western Conference standings. A win will also match their season home record from 2015 of 8-3-6.

Final Home Game
Sunday’s match marks the final of the season at Avaya Stadium for the Earthquakes. The club is undefeated in the last home game of the past six seasons, with a 4-0-2 record over that span.

Leading the Pack
Quakes captain Chris Wondolowski currently leads all players with 10 goals against Vancouver, which is double the amount of any other player in the history of the league. With a goal on Sunday, he would have at least one goal against Whitecaps FC in every season the Canadian club has been in the league.
