SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes will host the San Francisco Deltas in the Fourth Round of the 2017 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday, June 14 at Avaya Stadium (7:15 p.m.). It marks the first competitive match between the two Bay Area clubs since the Deltas began NASL play earlier this year.
The Quakes hold a 14-12 all-time record in U.S. Open Cup play, including a 14-3 record against non-MLS teams. The match will be the Quakes’ third at Avaya Stadium, having previously faced Sacramento Republic FC and the LA Galaxy in 2015.
The SF Deltas advanced to the Fourth Round following victories over the PDL’s Burlingame Dragons FC (2-1) on May 17 and the USL’s Phoenix Rising FC (2-1) on May 31.Earthquakes Season Ticket Holders can use their Bonus Game B tickets included in their season ticket package and may purchase discounted add-on tickets by contacting their respective fan relations specialist.
