SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes will host a viewing party for the team’s 2017 MLS Heineken Rivalry Week match against the LA Galaxy on Sunday, Aug. 27 at Rookies Sports Lodge in Downtown San Jose. The viewing party is open to all ages and will start at 3:30 p.m., with the match scheduled to kick off at 4:00 p.m.
Fans will have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win an autographed Quakes jersey or other prizes and the first 300 people 21 years of age and up will receive a free Heineken or Heineken Light.
The Quakes will take on the LA Galaxy for the third and final time during the MLS regular season, with the two California Clasico rivals having each earned one prior win. San Jose also defeated LA in the preseason in Las Vegas and during the Quarterfinals of the 2017 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
