“Our top priority has always been ensuring our fans have the best experience when coming to Avaya Stadium. We are extremely disappointed that VTA has discontinued the extra service that our fans have relied on since the stadium opened in 2015. VTA's decision to implement the costly new Special Events Policy, which has resulted in the cancelation of the enhanced service, was made without consulting the stakeholders that are directly affected by it.
“We are currently working to find alternate means of transportation for those impacted. We will also have staff on-hand at pick-up locations to assist fans unaware of the changes at VTA.”
