On Wednesday, March 7, Reno 1868 FC defeated the Real Monarchs 1-0 in their third preseason match. Quakes players Tommy Thompson, JT Marcinkowski, Eric Calvillo, Luis Felipe and Danny Musovski all started the match for Reno. Thompson scored the game-winning penalty kick in the 89th minute and Marcinkowski secured the clean sheet.
On Saturday, March 10, Reno 1868 FC held a closed-door scrimmage against Sacramento State. Danny Musovski entered the match at the 73rd minute and scored a goal in 75th minute to help Reno secure an 8-0 victory.
Reno will begin their 2018 regular season campaign this Saturday, March 17 when they host Swope Park Rangers in their Home Opener at Greater Nevada Field. Tickets for this match can be found here.
