ROSTER: A look at the Women’s National Team Roster for Match in San Jose

Tonight, the reigning World Cup champions, the U.S. Women’s National Team, will face Chile in an international friendly at Avaya Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. The U.S. WNT has a successful history at Avaya Stadium, and in the state of California for that matter.

The U.S. Women are 3-0-0 at Avaya Stadium, defeating Ireland in 2015 (3-0), Romania in 2016 (8-1) and Canada in 2017 (3-1), and are on a 43-game unbeaten streak in California. In the Bay Area, the WNT are 7-0-0, playing at Candlestick Park (1-0-0), Spartan Stadium (3-0-0) and Avaya (3-0-0).

Forward Megan Rapinoe cannot play in the match after suffering a rib injury with her NWSL club, Seattle Reign FC. Forward Christen Press will not play tonight either do to a family conflict.
