Vako's three goals and an assist in two games earned him MLS Team of the Week honors for Week 27.
The Georgian midfielder started off Week 27 with a bang, tallying a brace during a 4-3 win against FC Dallas on Wednesday. On Saturday in Vancouver, Vako tallied a late goal in a 2-1 losing effort to Whitecaps FC.
