ACADEMY UPDATE: U-15 Girls Lead the Nation as No. 1 Seed

The Girls' Academy hosted La Roca Futbol Club and the Portland Thorns on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. On Saturday, the U-14s won 2-0, the U-15s won 5-0, the U-17s drew 2-2 and the U-19s fell by a score of 2-0. On Sunday, the U-14s won 2-1, the U-15s won 4-0, the U-17s drew 1-1 and the U-19s lost 2-0. The Quakes will travel to Oregon this weekend to take on the Thorns. Times and locations for these matches can be found here.


With the win over the Portland Thorns, the U-15 Girls continue to lead the nation as the No. 1 seed in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. Highlights of their 4-0 win over Portland can be seen here.


Over the weekend, the U-13 Boys traveled to South San Francisco to face Star Academy and won 5-1. On Saturday, March 16, the Boys' Academy will head to Pleasanton to take on one of our Partners in Development, Ballistic United. Times and locations for these matches will be posted here.
