Three Quakes make Team of the Week
Team of the Week for week 19 was released on Monday and three Quakes were named to the roster. Vako had himself a night against the LA Galaxy on Friday with a goal and assist that helped him earn the Audi Index Spotlight Player. Jackson Yueill was also included in the Team of the Week with his performance against the Galaxy. Lastly, Quakes head coach, Matias Almeyda, was named Coach of the Week as he set out a Quakes team that completely dominated the Galaxy on the road. Earthquakes Loan Defender Jimmy Ockford to Nashville SC
The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that the club has sent defender Jimmy Ockford to Nashville SC of the USL Championship on a short-term loan. Nashville will join Major League Soccer as an expansion club in 2020. Find out more here.
