Quakes host First Responders
The San Jose Earthquakes held First Responders Night on Saturday, March 7. After the match against Minnesota concluded, San Jose Police and Fire took to the pitch to face off in a match of their own. Watch as the First Responders prepared for the match here.
Quakes Foundation awards BAASST scholarship
The San Jose Earthquakes have partnered with the Bay Area All-Star Scholarship Team Program (BAASST). The Earthquakes will join the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants and San Jose Sharks to award a $5,000 scholarship to a deserving college-bound student on behalf of the Quakes Foundation.
This year’s winner is Sara Nicole Thomas, of John F. Kennedy High School in Fremont, Calif. More information is available here.
