Regina Keydeniers

Regina Keydeniers – Regina Keydeniers has been a game day operations staff member with the Quakes for over ten years, starting as a "Blue Crew" volunteer in 2008. Since then, Regina has progressed in her department by moving up to lead event ambassador and becoming an important member of her team during each event. She has always been willing to go the extra mile to provide the best experiences for stadium guests and staff. This year, Regina has been extremely open to working new roles, assisting her team during Earthquakes Stadium closed-door matches, leading stadium viewing parties and even helping with extensive sanitary stadium operations during off hours. Regina plays an important role behind the scenes in the overall success of our home matches and events.

You’re officially a Quakes Devotion Scarf recipient! Explain what it means to you to get this honor?

To be considered a recipient of this Devotion Scarf is a very great honor. I enjoy my time working with everyone at the Earthquakes. Everyone is so pleasant and are always there to give you a helping hand. I am very thankful to get this scarf.

Talk to us about your Quakes fandom. How long have you been cheering on the black & blue? What is your most memorable moment?

I have been cheering on the Earthquakes since I was about nine years old going to the games with my dad at Spartan Stadium. I was on a soccer field with my dad since then, as my father played soccer. When I found out that I could volunteer and be a part of the Earthquakes staff was unbelievable. I enjoy every minute and I’m there to help support our fans as much as I can. My most memorable moment is when we got to help dig out dirt when we got the new stadium and be surrounded by all the fans that showed up. I still have my shovel from that moment.

Who is your favorite Quakes player and why?

I would have to say Chris Wondolowski.  He is one person that is good on and off the field.  His love for this sport and his devotion to his fans is amazing. He knows the true meaning of a sportsmanship not only with his team but with others as well. Also, he’s an awesome player on the field. He can tackle anything that comes his way.

What would be your message to Quakes fans out there?

Always be kind to one another on or off the field. Show respect for all the teams and have fun!
