How do I upgrade my Earthquakes tickets for better seats?
If your tickets are eligible for an upgrade, do so through the Earthquakes App (powered by Tixr), the Tixr mobile app, or your account at Tixr.com.
To upgrade your ticket(s):
- Log in and open your Wallet.
- Select an event with the Upgrade Available badge (if you don’t see it, your tickets are not eligible).
- Click Upgrade.
- Choose your new seats and complete checkout.
