If you’d like to welcome or wish that special someone a Happy Birthday or Anniversary in a unique way… let them see their “Name in Lights” with a message on the main video board! Please see the guidelines for Name in Lights messages below.
Would you like an opportunity to take a photo with Quakes mascot, Q, on the field?! We’ve got you covered. Please see the guidelines for Q Photo Opportunity below.
Name in Lights Guidelines
- Please submit all requests at least 7 business days before the game you wish to see your Name in Lights message. Late submissions will not be accepted
- Your message must be 30 characters or less including spaces and punctuation.
- The San Jose Earthquakes maintain complete editorial control over the content of all messages and reserve the right to refuse any request
- Messages cannot advertise a product, service or business
- We will only process requests once full payment has been received
- Once form is submitted, you will be contacted by a Quakes Foundation Community Relations representative the week of the game to complete.
Q Photo Opportunity Guidelines
- Please submit all requests at least 7 business days before the game you wish to see your Name in Lights message. Late submissions will not be accepted
- Photo opportunities with Q are limited to the first 3 confirmed requests per game
- The photos will be taken with the Quakes mascot handler at the Northeast Ramp of the field (located by Section 134). Limit 10 participants per photo
